Apple Sauce Pan Cakes:



The pancakes recipe mentioned below is diabetic friendly  recipe containing low fat. It is easy to make recipe.  Serve with the fresh fruits to make it more amazingly tasty.

Ingredients:


 1 cup of floor
½ tablespoon baking soda
250-gram buttermilk
¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
Cooking spray for baking tray
Fresh fruit sliced:

Directions to Cook:


Take a shallow bowl. Put the flour in it. Add in it milk and the baking soda add in it the unsweetened apple sauce. Mix the ingredients well and make a mixture. Add in the mixture Himalayan pink salt. Add in the mixture the eggs and the toasted wheat germs. And mix well. Now take a non-stick griddle pan. Grease it with the cooking spray and heat it on a medium flame.  For making pancakes, pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the heated griddle, make it spread to 5-inch circle.  Cook the pancakes until the top portion of the pancakes gets covered with the bubbles and edges of the pancakes get fully cooked.  Now turn the pancakes to the opposite side and cook from the turned side. When they looked cooked properly remove them from the griddle.  They are ready to serve. Serve them with fresh fruits or maple sauce as you like it.
